Well I would say it is a foregone conclusion that Platinum Dunes' restart of the FRIDAY THE 13TH franchise is going 3D with part two... and so does Box Office Mojo.It makes perfect sense as just about every other major horror property is going 3D, although we don't know exactly where Box Office Mojo got its info. The immersion factor is what EVERY horror film wants - suspension of disbelief becomes much easier too.
Look for Jason to be swinging his machete in 3D on August 13, 2010. Yes, I would wager that is a Friday... Should be well worth the wait. More when I get it!
