**SPOILER ALERT** Are The Skrulls In THE AVENGERS After All?
It sure looks like it! Despite hearing that perhaps the Skrulls would not be the villains in THE AVENGERS, the recent Super Bowl commercial combined with these images of what appears to be Skrulls from the 109th American International Toy Fair add up to the contrary.

If you have been following the comic books than you probably know about the Skrulls who are actually an alien race of shape-shifters. Who can shape-shift into anything they want. Including perhaps certain super heroes. Who are already battling their egos without outside help. Get the picture?
Keep in mind these are assumptions based on recent events in THE AVENGERS marketing. It could be misdirection. However these things often point to the truth - like for example how we got our first real glimpse at The Lizard from THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN... through a toy.
