Watch: New Trailer For THE WOLVERINE!

We've got the new trailer for Fox's THE WOLVERINE and now that I think about it, I'm really glad that Marvel was able to keep their logo and splash screen at the front of their licensed properties. In some way at least the Marvel universe is connected. Wouldn't it be amazing to have the X-men in the fold right now, helping the Avengers? Heck Spider-man WAS an Avenger (ok, a NEW Avenger). I digress.

Looks like THE WOLVERINE will have tons of martial arts (and Silver Samarai) which only makes sense given it's location.

Here's the storyline for the movie:
Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine, the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world he faces his ultimate nemesis in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality, emerging more powerful than we have ever seen him before.

THE WOLVERINE opens on July 26.
