MUST SEE: New Shots Of THE HOBBIT's Movie Set!!

WOW. Gorgeous as ever. I can't wait to be transported back to Hobbiton and into yet another adventure starting in the gorgeous greenery of The Shire.

If you happen to be in New Zealand you can now take a tour of all these spectacular sets through Rings Scenic Tours on the North Island near Matamata.

Says THE HOBBIT director Peter Jackson: "We are really excited to be able to offer fans of the films the chance to walk around and explore this beautifully crafted set, which is a centerpiece of both The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit."

From Dailymail: Jackson first began the nine-month construction at the Alexander family farm on Buckland Road in 1999, thanks to the emerald rolling hills untouched by 20th century clutter such as roads, buildings, or power lines. The initial construction involved planting Barberry hedges, trees, and gardens. 37 hobbit holes were created and The Mill and double arch bridge were built. The large established tree placed in front of the lake was already perfect for the Hobbiton landscape, and it was renamed the 'party tree' since Hobbits are a merry folk who love nothing better than a good party.

J.R.R. Tolkien's first foray into Middle Earth has been split into two films, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and The Hobbit: There and Back Again, and the cast and crew endured a mammoth 254-day shoot to recreate the thousand-plus pages.

Jackson said: "You just get in that state of tiredness and stay there, but that's OK. The movie keeps you going. We're working with much of the same crew as Lord of the Rings and obviously some of the actors like Ian McKellen, Cate Blanchett, Hugo Weaving, and Andy Serkis are back so it's like a reunion. Plus we've got all the new boys."

Jackson revealed that Martin Freeman has slipped easily into the Hobbit feet of his predecessor, Ian Holm: "He fits the ears, and he's got some very nice feet. I think he's got the biggest Hobbit feet we've got so far."

THE HOBBIT(s) are being shot on 3ality Technica rigs.

3D Geek Alert: Authentic Marvel Movie Memorabilia Up For Auction!!

Oh man I want to bid on some of these things! The set used THOR hammer Mjölnir - are you kidding me? What is that worth? Well as of now it's $3k+ and likely to climb nicely. You can check out the items for sale and bid too right here at Profiles In History.

Everything from a Pair of director’s chair backs "Captain America" and "Steve Rogers" (currently $225) to the original full-scale screen-used Mark II "Autopsy" suit from Iron Man 2 (currently $60k). Heck they even have Hugo Weaving's screen-worn Red Skull prosthetic makeup appliance!

More on the suit:
Original full-scale screen-used Mark II “Autopsy” suit from Iron Man 2. Mark II “Autopsy” suit, appropriated from the military by Don Cheadle “Rhodey,” who proceeded to disassemble it (performing an “autopsy”) for examination of the technology in order to construct War Machine. Constructed by the visionary artists of Legacy Studios, this 75 in. tall figure is handcrafted of vacuum metalized fiberglass resin. It features intricate wire loom, metal hoses and cables, and discrete electronics detailing as well as faux actuators, pistons, and other suspension devices in the exposed joints and limbs. The figure was designed to lie down for the autopsy scene and has a number of armor plates removed to expose the suit’s inner circuitry. The removed sections include two leg greaves, right hip plate, right bicep plate, right shoulder plate, head plate, and most notably a removable main breastplate that reveals the inner cavity and bracing elements. An impressive and iconic figure from this groundbreaking film. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Ahhh... to have some disposable cash right now! But hey if you have to ask how much it costs...

Let me know if any of you bid or win an item! Would love to know about the experience. Good luck!

MUST WATCH: STAR TREK 2 Spy Video Clips!

Ok - just how much mileage can one spy get out of this thing? First there is a bunch of photos that were leaked out over the course of a few days and now a full blown video showing Zachary Quinto's Spock battling Benedict Cumberbatch's evil character in STAR TREK 2.

The RIDICULOUS voice over for this video almost makes it unwatchable but you can clearly see the pains at which J.J. Abrams is taking to make this battle very, very realistic.

Looks great JJ!

Wow! More (And Better) Set Photos From THE AVENGERS!! **WARNING: Significant Visual Spoilers**

We are getting the mother lode now! Check out these photos and videos from the NYC set of THE AVENGERS!

Apparently Tony Stark's car is a one-off creation from Acura that WILL NOT be produced any further. Acura is certainly a sponsor of the movie as they also have S.H.I.E.L.D. vehicles finished with a matte black spray painted white letters / numbers / logos (as seen in the image with Evans, Johansson and Renner.

Notice the object (fairly obvious it is Asgaardian?) that Thor and Loki are holding together between them! What is that thing exactly?? And are they cooperating? Plenty of questions...

Love the assemble shot from last week! Even director Joss Whedon is in it. And you have to love how Robert Downey Jr. commands the set as he struts around (more in the video clip)! The man has presence.

For even more set photos, check out SuperHeroHype.

The video clip below showing us a crash site in front of a NYC building (Park Ave. and 40th) is apparently about a Quinjet mishap.

The star laden cast features Chris Evans (Steve Rogers), Robert Downey Jr. (Tony Stark), Chris Hemsworth (Thor Odinson), Jeremy Renner (Clint Barton), Mark Ruffalo (Bruce Banner), Scarlett Johansson (Natasha Romanoff), Clark Gregg (Agt. Phil Coulson), Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Stellan Skarsgard (Professor Erik Selvig) and last but not least Tom Hiddleston playing Loki Laufeyson. The Avengers must assemble to combat a threat that has placed the world at peril.

Here is a cool description of what one viewer saw while watching the set action:
Here's what I saw being filmed: Thor and Loki dialogue scene. - Hawkeye, Black Widow and Banner exit a S.H.I.E.L.D. car. Widow hands Banner some kind of duffel bag. - Tony Stark shakes hands with Captain America and gets in his car (a badass convertible) with Banner, and they drive off. Cap gets on his bike and drives away in the other direction. There are a bunch of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents on the street, standing guard as all of this happens. - Thor and Loki stand facing each other, each holding on to some kind of Asgardian device (you can see it in the pictures below). The entire rest of the team (Erik Selvig, Hawkeye, Widow, Stark, Ruffalo, Cap) stand around them in a circle. Loki and Thor disappear and the group looks up at them as they go up into the clouds. - Finally, some kind of dialogue scene between Loki, Widow and Hawkeye.

Have a look at the video clips below:

Are you amped about this movie yet? I swear, THE DARK KNIGHT RISES has its work cut out for it to best this super hero event! Look for launch on May 4, 2012!

New Hobbiton Photos Emerge! Seems Shooting Will Take Place Within Bag End!!

Got some recent Hobbiton photos for you guys! The original image is from Total Film and it is quite small so reading most of the text is next to impossible. However I blew the photos up so we can have a closer look - albeit blurred - at Hobbiton.

Click on the image to enlarge...

I can make out some of the text in the article: They talk about the budget of THE HOBBIT being gargantuan, about Martin Freeman playing Bilbo Baggins as well as going over the known cast that has been assembled to date. My suggestion? Buy the magazine when it comes out :-)

Clearly it looks like Jackson will be shooting INSIDE of Bag End and the location set is not merely frontage only as was the case with most of what was in the original Hobbiton. The construction site shows ample work being done inside Bilbo's home.

Pumped up? But of course you are. Who wouldn't want to visit this area of New Zealand on some sort of Middle-earth tourist trip? I hope they leave all this for others to enjoy after the production is complete, because most of it was taken down after LOTR.

More when I get it!

Set Visit Clips From TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON! Michael Bay Revelling In 3D!!

Gotta love how Michael Bay has done a complete 180 degree turn from about a year and a half ago when I asked him his feelings on 3D! The world is definitely a better place.

Check out the first behind the scenes clip below from Entertainment Tonight and see him talking 3D beside his 3D set monitors.

And what's with Shia LeBeouf? Is he starting to catch "whatever it is" that Charlie Sheen caught from starring in WALL STREET? :-) Perhaps he is just amped up from the shooting - I don't blame him...

I could just about gag on the Entertainment Tonight tinsel,
but wow - Bay knows how to orchestrate explosions does he not??

More CAPTAIN AMERICA Photos: VE Day At Trafalgar Square!

More CAPTAIN AMERICA photos are leaking online from the latest set of the Marvel comic book adaptation; this time it's London's Trafalgar Square (check out previous set photos here). The scene is obviously related to VE (Victory in Europe) Day with period costumes, old newspapers and the Union Jack waving everywhere.

Apparently there was some shooting going on over at 10 Downing Street, near the cabinet war rooms as well. No shots of this as of yet.

Director Joe Johnston was on location for part of the day
(these shots were from August 22) but THE FIRST AVENGER himself (Chris Evans) was not to be seen.

Storyline:
Based on the Marvel Comics character from World War II. A brave, yet mild-mannered young soldier named Steve Rogers, volunteers to undergo a series of experiments for a US army Super Soldier program. The military succeeds in transforming him into a human weapon, but quickly decide that their Super Soldier is far too expensive a creation to risk in combat. So, they decide to put him to use as an army celebrity and parade him across Europe to boost morale by performing in USO shows for American troops. He is even given a costume that bear the colors of Old Glory for the stage. Then, when a Nazi plot reveals itself Rogers must rise up and and become the First Avenger, in order to save his country. Steve Rogers becomes Captain America and he earns his way into the hearts and souls of every American, bringing hope and justice to a war-weary nation. Later, during a mission to Germany to stop his archenemy - The Red Skull, from launching rockets at the allies, Captain America sacrifices himself and winds up frozen in ice for almost six decades! Revived, Steve Rogers now must join forces with new heroes and become an Avenger of the modern age.

Look for CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER on July 22, 2011 in 3D theaters everywhere. We are not into paparazzi shots here but if you are, here are some shots that DID have Chris Evans in them as he clubbed London over the weekend (Amy Smart was there too).

THE SMURFS 3D Shooting In The Russian Tea Room

Got some minor details from yesterday's shoot at New York's Russian Tea Room for Columbia's THE SMURFS 3D. The movie is being made as a live action / CG hybrid.

A background performer by the name of Andrew Sellon wrote a brief overview of the scene where he plays a waiter who encounters the villainous Gargamel.

Sellon writes (emphasis is mine): "...I was at the Russian Tea Room in Manhattan filming my “day principal” scene as a waiter who runs into the rude villain Gargamel in the upcoming Smurfs 3D movie, due out in August of 2011 (July 29, 2011). Director Raja Gosnell gave me a warm welcome while I was in the makeup trailer. He couldn’t have been nicer, and his easygoing but clear guidance set the tone for the whole set. He knew what he wanted, but was very open to spontaneous creativity as well. My scene was with Hank Azaria, Sofia Vergara, and Tim Gunn, all of whom were very nice, and all of whom are very funny in the movie...

...A few of the takes reminded me of the old rule about working with children and animals. The cats alternating in the role of Azrael were definitely frisky during the shoot! Hank Azaria was hilarous improvising around their “cattitude.” We had a lot of laughs, and despite the complexity of the scene, it was suprising how quickly the hours flew by. A great day."

Interesting! Should be a great scene, Azaria is a comedic genius and The Russian Tea Room is a gorgeous location. Yes, Azaria has shaved his head for the role! Hopefully there are lots of outtakes. More when it comes in...

EXCLUSIVE SET PHOTO: Alexandre Aja's PIRANHA 3-D Will Have Some Humor!

Jim here. Got another spy shot from the same source that sent me the bloody boat pics from PIRANHA 3-D!

This one shows that the movie is NOT lacking in the humor department! I love it! Take a look at the floating stage where they apparently hold a wet t-shirt contest: The banner overhead clearly says - WILD GIRLS - DYING TO GET WET. Nothing like a good pun to get you in the mood for a bloody good time.

Just how tongue-in-cheek will PIRANHA 3-D be? Will they go overboard? Or are they baiting us? LOL :-)

EXCLUSIVE: Bloody New Spy Photos From The Set Of Alexandre Aja's PIRANHA 3-D

Jim here guys. Got some recent exclusive photos from the set of Alexandre Aja's PIRANHA 3-D sent to me and of course you are the first to know! :-)

Here is what my source had to say about the photos: "These were taken with a cell phone, security was pretty tight. There is a great one with a half body laying on an overturned boat. You'll see the boats covered with blood, and a couple good pics of the hydraulic sound stage."

I don't think there are any spoilers in these photos to speak of, so have fun taking a look! Again, I love seeing behind the scenes (BTS) photos and set shots - gives me a really good feeling for the quality of the production and of course with Aja at the helm it is going to be awesome. Bloody awesome.

The top photo is obviously with someone missing a lower appendage no doubt bitten off in some gruesome fashion! The next photos are of the bloody decks of boats used in the movie. Finally we have some shots of the Soundstage complete with boats sinking and BTS hydraulics used in the movie. Seeing these scenes in 3D is going to be wicked.

I am super stoked for this movie guys. I am definitely an Aja fan and that could color how I am viewing this project, but heck - it looks good. And a blast to be on this production! Wish I was there! Just how much blood do you think Aja is using in this? :-)

Graphic Set Photos From Alexandre Aja's PIRANHA 3-D

Jim here. Got some set photos (SplashNews via TheHorrorGeek) from Alexandre Aja's PIRANHA 3-D that is shooting now in Arizona.

Warning these are VERY GRAPHIC and although they look real these are obviously ACTORS. :-) The female woman in these photos is Kelly Brook (both with face and sans face). Personally, I don't like how the kid is looking at the fake corpse in pic 1. Reminds me a bit of what Linda Blair had to go through for THE EXORCIST. Look for PIRANHA 3-D in theaters on March 10, 2010.

Did we mention that Aja has said that there will be plenty of blood in this movie? And did I call it or what?? Told ya there would be a bloody mess on that boat!! LOL

STEP UP 3-D UPDATE

Jim here. A movie that I have been getting a LOT of email about from readers is STEP UP 3-D - mainly from dancers who wanted to audition and seek their stardom through it. Well to those that made it - congratulations. To those that haven't, sorry but shooting has begun. We will see some new faces in the movie with Sharni Vinson and Rick Malambri being added as new talent.

I first knew it was shooting when I received a tweet from a guy whose office overlooks SU3D's street level set in New York City. By the time he got my return tweet, the shooting had stopped and apparently it was only a one day shoot (Twitter is only real time if it is read in real time lol). He promises pics if it gets back to that location, but I doubt they will be returning to the same spot.

The movie is about the dancers going to Paris for a big dance competition, but Moose misses his flight - which leads him to enter an underground dance competition in the French city.

STEP UP 3-D is slated for an August 6, 2010 release.

Alexandre Aja's PIRANHA 3-D Movie Set Hi-Res Spy Shot

Jim here. Got a spy shot from Alexandre Aja's PIRANHA 3-D and an Arizona outdoor set that is obviously going to be used for the more intense water shots. Call me a betting man, but I would wager that the boat in the background there plays a major role. It will probably be floating in that pool at some point with blood everywhere lol.

Thanks for the shot Baitman! I have seen another shot of this set, but this one is very nice in high resolution. Zoom in! See what you can see... :-)

You can click on the image for the larger version.

Quick Post: Giovanni Ribisi Plays Golf Between AVATAR Takes!

**UPDATE May 3: This info is from one of my best AVATAR sources (yes, the Na'vi image source and not the original source of this post), not really spoilerish as it is more character development, but still I have used white text here - to read it simply highlight the area right below this with your mouse.

Selfridge IN FACT plays golf in the movie! "There are scenes in the film where Selfridge 'borrows' a trooper to be his caddy while he practices his chipping on the edge of the base."

And also:
"The 'projection' outside the windows, was just very well painted backdrop. Good old fashioned paint and brushes...on curtain rails. When there was visible action outside, the backdrop was slid off the rails, and a green chroma curtain put up there.

So there are the answers we have been waiting for from this particular post and what this source says is GOLDEN.

Jim here. Well some exclusive insider news from one of my AVATAR sources that felt very comfortable about filling me in on the recent AVATAR scans I was able to obtain.

He said that in Pic #4, that the guy wearing the light shirt and tie is Giovanni Ribisi who plays "Selfridge" and that he often practiced golf in between takes while shooting AVATAR.

Don't know how I missed it but yes, that is definitely a golf club and it certainly seems like Ribisi's stature.

So here is what my source had to further say about Pic #4: "The screens were curved and the information shown was individual for each station, i.e. atmosphere, weather, comms, security etc and so pic6 isn't showing any navi. Pic 4 has the background of Pandora 'somehow' projected onto a huge curved green screen outside the windows. Sometimes filming was done with it there and other times just with the green screen."

So why shoot with a projection sometimes and other times with green screen for CG post processing? Perhaps Cameron leaves the projection there when there is no movement outside and it reduces cost this way? Perhaps they introduce the green screen CG effects when something happens outside (like an attack?).

And what about the golfing! What does this tell us?
But it is kinda cool - and also that Cameron doesn't restrict gameplay on the set. I mean, imagine what would happen if a stray golf ball punctured a hole through the glass? The air from Pandora would engulf them all!! :-)

And yes, we talk about ANYTHING to do with AVATAR around here - you should know that by now right?

UPDATE: The Camera Technology Behind Joe Dante's THE HOLE 3D

Jim here. Exclusive update guys - I just got an update from Kyle over at Paradise FX who were shooting Joe Dante's THE HOLE in 3D last week and I had to share it with you.

THE HOLE 3D is about a mother who moves to a rural area from the big city with her two boys (18 and 10 years old) for some mysterious reason. The two brothers come across a strange door in their floor with locks on it after they had moved some things around. After managing to get the door open, they uncover a deep, black "hole" that of course they venture into that "leads to the darkest corridors of their fears and nightmares".

Click on the images to blow up. If you want to see higher res copies of these, let me know!

The underwater scenes in the first two photos were shot late last week in Pasadena - you can see Paradise FX's new ParaCam Mini 2K-3D Underwater Housing. Nice tight seal baby!
Hmmmm. Pool = A hole of sorts. Think the hole in the basement is connected to the pool?

The dark outdoor photo was taken on set-up in Vancouver for night exteriors work. We can see the Paradise wide angle ParaCam 4K RED 3D rig on Techno Crane/Scorpio Head with Sterographer/Paradise Founder Max Penner & 3D Tech/1st AC David Mickey Taylor. Vancouver has got some great character buildings to draw upon (I lived there for a few years) and while it gets a bad rap for raining a lot in the winter, I didn't find that to be all that accurate. NORTH Vancouver on the other hand... Now we are talking rain. :-)

THE HOLE 3D is currently in post production and is slated for a 2010 release.

I love how much fun these guys are having - you can see that this isn't work for them, but a passion! That's how great things get done, and I am expecting great things from THE HOLE 3D. That's Joe Dante in the second picture (background) talking on his cell. Hoping to get more exclusives soon - stay tuned!

James Cameron's AVATAR Set Photo Scans!!!

Jim here. DAMN!! We are finally getting to see some AVATAR production stuff and I don't know how, but the fire burning for AVATAR just got stoked even hotter. At least we are getting to see something official and ultra cool... MANY thanks to one of my valuable UK readers for sending in these scans!!

Take a look at these scans from Empire Magazine for their recent edition - and be sure to pick up a copy too. These guys did a heckuva job getting these photos and getting a nice Cameron interview to boot. I am only posting some of the image scans I have as you really should pick up the magazine.

Here is some of what Cameron has to say and some filler in the Empire interview: "We've eliminated the animation from animation." With AVATAR's groundbreaking set-up, Cameron could observe the actors (left monitor) in a rough version of the final CG environment (right monitor).

Aside from an intricate, and very alien, ecosystem with predators large and small, Cameron's idea revolved around a race of indigenous sentient aliens called the Na'vi. Nine feet tall, blue skinned and feline in appearance, they would need to be entirely computer-animated yet interact seamlessly with the live action.

Cameron says: "With the capture technologies we developed, the actor can be any character they can imagine and the director can create any world, any time and any space."

And here is a great quote from Cameron on Spielberg and Jackson: "I invited them over while shooting AVATAR. I put the camera in their hands and they basically became two kids - on the inside every filmmaker is really just a complete geek. The amazing thing for me was just watching that seminal moment. They were running around the stage, working the camera, and that's the moment when they both kind of looked at each other in the eye and said, 'Let's make TINTIN.'"

Here we go! In order:
Pic 1: Cameron working the Fusion 3D Camera System
Pic 2: Cameron adjusting some controls on "The Volume" - he can see the actor in the green screen environment (with dozens of cameras surrounding him) and he can see what that very same actor looks like in a rough rendering of the CG environment in real time.
Pic 3: My source for the scans also took the time to photoshop the image from the right screen to correct for the angle!
Pic 4: Background shots of an actor dressed in military uniform and the super futuristic computer screens of AVATAR! These are highlighted in red boxes and then blown up below...
Pic 5: Military actor - seems VERY similar to my other exclusive image of what AVATAR's military personnel will look like.
Pic 6: The computer screens from AVATAR look like they curve around the user - awesome! Not unlike this cool screen (at the bottom of the post).

Empire magazine also states that other than Spielberg and Jackson (who we already know are using Cameron's technology for shooting TINTIN right now), there are two others that have "signed up" and got "swept away" by the possibilities - Abrams and del Toro! SOOOO... one would naturally assume that Abrams' next STAR TREK could be 3D and *AHEM*, the two HOBBIT movies in 3D. Of course we at MarketSaw already knew that there was a strong chance of THE HOBBIT(s) being 3D didn't we? I couldn't hold back a smile guys...

So definitely something to talk about for awhile before the trailer comes out. Michael has gotten confirmation that the AVATAR trailer will NOT be attached to WOLVERINE unfortunately. Sorry to burst so many bubbles on that one - IMDb was all the rage about it today. The big thing here though was Cameron's emphasis that the 3D was not the huge tech hurtle that the new perfcap system was - and of course, crossing the "uncanny valley". Don't forget to buy your own copy of Empire Magazine for more coverage!

Stoked is not a strong enough word for how I feel about AVATAR... :-)

Set Footage From "Final Destination: Death Trip 3D"

Jim here. Just got wind of some spy set footage from FINAL DESTINATION: DEATH TRIP 3D and it is pretty cool. I love seeing behind the scenes clips!

Anyway in this video, they are shooting a sequence where a construction worker's scaffolding tips over leaving him dangling from a window ledge. Kinda cool how the clip ends with a shot of a coffee shop named "Death By Caffeine".

Also there is a nice shot of the camera system being used - The Pace Fusion System if I am not mistaken. It looks gorgeous!

There is nothing here to really spoil anything for anyone so don't worry about ruining your movie experience.

So have a look - there is an HD version too if you like...

New "Tintin" Set Photo: Facial Performance Capture Camera Revealed

Jim here. Looks like Empire has got the goods on TINTIN as they release their Steven Spielberg guest edited edition this weekend. Looks like there could be some very nice shots coming our way from this edition. What do you pay a top 5 director to edit your stuff? Hmmm...

In this photo, Tintin (Jamie Bell) and Captain Haddock (Andy Serkis) are reviewing a scene with Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson. I refuse to post *any photo* with ridiculous sized watermarks on it. Sorry. However I have managed some nice images cropped around it posted here. Or you can click that link.

Check out all the tiny white dots on their faces for the performance capture requirements. Those dots will catch every tiny facial motion they make as they act out their scenes. See the tiny camera being held in place in front of Bell's face? That is the camera that captures those facial dot movements. Now you KNOW Gollum is gonna have some fun with that! The facial camera rigs if memory serves is 100% Weta property and they are the world leaders in this technology.

Further, have a look at all the TINTIN comic strips on the walls in the background. Surely these are hints as to what will actually be shown in the movie - are there any TINTIN fans that can shine any light on that? Yes, we know the adventure that will be focused on (SECRET OF THE UNICORN), but what can these strips tell us?

Could someone please scan the magazine (EMPIRE) and send us the photos as I *HATE* posting images with huge, obtuse watermarks on them - like this one. I don't do it (unless hiding a face or something) and I wish other sites wouldn't either. With scans at least we can post something viewable. Thanks!

TRON 2 Shooting in Vancouver NOW

Jim here. My friend Peter over at Slashfilm has got a great local source in Vancouver for the filming of TRON2 which of course is a stereoscopic 3D production. He has provided the set shot seen here as well as a visual report...

Here is what /Film's source had to say:
"They have been spending some crazy money here. They have been blocking off huge main sections of downtown for some pretty awesome looking action scenes. I saw tons of police cars chasing a guy hanging on to the top of a taxi. There were huge cranes holding up a stunt wire rig rig like I have never seen before. There is definitively some impressive non light cycle real life action in this movie. They have also transformed the tallest building in the city with huge encom logos and futuristic lighting. I was in total awe of how much equipment and gadgets they had. Everything I’ve seen them doing in the last five days is easily some of the most expensive stuff I’ve ever seen. It’s probably is $300 million, even if it’s Canadian dollars. I only managed to grab this crappy still with the big logo and some futuristic room above."

To me, the production of TRON sounds like it may impact the city as much as the 2010 Winter Olympics! Damn, wish I was still living in beautiful Vancouver so I could catch some of this action.
